摘要
城市轨道交通中钢轨的质量、工作状态对整个线路的质量以及行车安全有着直接的影响。笔者在对北京地铁钢轨伤损常见类型和伤损现状进行统计分析的基础上,得出了以下结论:1号线和2号线运营时间较长,钢轨伤损主要以剥离掉块等疲劳性损伤为主;新建线(13号线和八通线)到目前为止出现的钢轨伤损主要以焊缝伤损及焊点伤损为主要类型。讨论了轨道交通与国铁不同的钢轨伤损的成因,有针对性地提出了钢轨伤损防治对策,如提高钢轨质量、铺设无缝线路、加强养护维修和做好钢轨探伤检查工作,并提出了钢轨伤损的监测管理和整治修复措施。
The quantity and working status of the rail have the far-reaching impact on the whole line quality and operation safety. According to the statistics of the general style of rail damage and the damage actuality in Beijing metro, it could be concluded that due to its longer operation period the rail damage style of line 1 and 2 was mainly rail fatigue, while the damage on line 13 and Bating line was mainly at weld bonds. The difference in damage causation of nationwide railway and urban rail transit was discussed; relevant countermeasures such as improving the rail quality, laying seamless rail, enhancing rail maintenance, and reinforcing the probe were suggested. The measure to reinforce the inspection and maintenance of the rail was especiallY emphasized.
