摘要
基于超声测量原理,结合DSP信号处理芯片和ZigBee无线收发技术,设计并实现了一种可穿戴式超声膀胱容积检测与报警系统。该系统使用了一个阵列超声探头,应用以前提出的膀胱容积计算方法进行膀胱内尿量的估计,所有超声回波数据的处理都在DSP信号处理芯片中实现,降低了系统成本,小型化设计同时提高了系统应用的灵活性。实验证实了该系统的可行性和膀胱容积检测与预警的有效性。该系统可以用于无意识老年人、脊髓损伤病人和其他需要进行膀胱容积监测的患者,通过尿量预测、排尿阈值设定与报警实现对病人尿失禁的护理。
This paper presents a new wearable low-cost miniaturized ultrasound bladder volume measurement and alarm system based on ARM and DSP. The system uses a new volume computing method to estimate the bladder vol- ume based on the ultrasound echo data obtained from a phased-array ultrasonic transducer. The main signal process- ing task of the ultrasound echo is performed in the DSP chip. The estimated bladder volume data is transmitted to a designed alarm system through a ZigBee radio link. Test experiments were carried out to validate the accuracy of bladder volume detection and the activation of the corresponding alarm. The system can be used for continuous moni- toring of bladder volume and nursing unconsciousness elders, handicapped with spinal cord injury, other urological patients and children with nocturnal enuresis through setting alarm threshold.
