一种匀变速DDA精插补算法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在两级插补数控系统的变速阶段,由于传统DDA直线精插补算法在每个插补周期内速度保持恒定,因此在相邻两个插补周期之间存在速度跳跃的现象。针对这个问题笔者提出了一种匀变速DDA精插补算法,该算法能根据插补直线段的始末速度在一个插补周期内实现匀变速运动,以保证相邻两个插补周期之间速度连续。将其应用于传统的两级插补数控系统,可以显著减小电机的冲击,改善零件表面加工质量;将其与变插补周期技术相结合,可以大大简化复杂曲线的实时速度调整算法。 Since the traditional DDA (Digital Differential Analyzer) linear interpolation algorithm maintains a constant speed,the skipping phenomenon of speed between two adjacent interpolation periods during accelerating/decelerating stage ocurs.A uniformly accelerated DDA interpolation algorithm is proposed in this paper.The algorithm can achieve uniform variable motion in an interpolation according to the start speed and the end speed of a line,in order to ensure the speed continuity between two adjacent interpolation periods.It can significantly reduce the impact of motor and enhance the products surface cutting quality.Combined with variable interpolation period technology,it can greatly simplify the complexity of real-time speed adjustment algorithm.
