摘要
采用高频高分辨率采样插补生成刀具运动轨迹,和通过新型全闭环位置控制保证希望轨迹的准确实现,并以数字化信息传递实现系统的有效集成,由此构成的高速高精度轨迹控制系统已在多种国产数控机床上进行了应用,取得了良好效果。
A new trace controlling technology is developed in order to meet the demands in development of domestic high speed and high precision CNC machine tools. The tool motion trace is generated by high frequency and high resolution sampling and interpolating,the expected trace can be realized correctly by new type full close loop position control, the system is effectively integrated by digital information transfer. Such design of high poed and high precision trace controlling system has been applied to various domestic CNC machine tools and it works very satisfactory.
