摘要
针对开放式多轴运动控制系统的发展趋势及要求,提出了一种以TMS320F2812为核心,CAN总线为通信标准的分布式控制结构.详细介绍了系统的功能,硬件设计和软件结构图.该控制系统具有开放性,实时性和模块化等优点,并可应用于切割机器人中.在运行过程中,控制系统运行良好,达到了设计目标,具有广阔的应用前景.
For the development trend and requirements of open multi-axis motion control system,we put forward a distributed control frame-work which takes TMS320F2812 as a core and CAN bus as communication standard.System function,hardware design and software architecture diagram are introduced.The control sysytem has characteristics of open,real-time and modularization,and has been applied in control system of the Cutting Robot.Operational process shows the control system performs perfectly and reaches the design goal,and it has a good foreground.
