摘要
目的:探讨郑州市3~5岁儿童的行为问题及父母关注度研究。方法:采用Conners父母症状问卷,对251名3~5岁学龄前儿童进行调查研究。结果:独生子女焦虑因子分高于非独生子女(P<0.05);和1978年常模比较,3~5岁组男童的学习问题和心身障碍明显高于常模。3岁组女童冲动-多动因子分高于男童,4岁组男童品行行为因子分高于女童,5岁组女童心身障碍因子分高于男童,3个年龄段Conners各个因子分差异无统计学意义。结论:①独生子女比非独生子女焦虑程度高;②学龄前儿童不同年龄段行为问题需要具体分析;③父母比较关注学龄前儿童心理健康全面发展。
Objective:To explore the behavioral problems of children aged 3~5 years old in Zhengzhou and attention on problems from their parents.Methods:Conners parent symptom questionnaire was used to investigate 251 preschool children aged 3~5 years old.Results:The score of anxiety in one-child family was higher than that in more children family (P〈0.05); the rates of learning problem and psychosomatic disorder in boys aged 3~5 years old were higher than Chinese Norm of 1978; the score of impulsivity-hyperactivity factor in girls at 3 year group was higher than that in boys, the score of conduct-behavior factor in boys at 4 year group was higher than that in girls, the score of psychosomatic disorder in girls at 5 year group was higher than that in boys; there was no significant difference in scores of Conners factors among three age groups.Conclusion:The degree of anxiety in only-child is higher than that in non-only-child; the behavioral problems of preschool children at different age stages need concrete analysis; the parents pay more attention to overall development of psychological health in preschool children
