深圳市福田区高危儿系统管理模式探讨 被引量:3

An exploration of systematic administration model of high risk infants in Futian district of Shenzhen city

摘要 目的 通过对高危儿系统管理模式的研究,探讨对高危儿的早期干预,促进脑结构修复和脑功能代偿,以消除或最大限度地减少脑损伤的措施.方法 成立福田辖区高危儿管理干预中心,建立全区高危儿管理网络及流程,进行社区高危儿童管理技术的指导及培训,对有高危因素的儿童进行诊断及干预.结果 从2007年成立福田区高危儿管理干预中心以来,全区每年进行社区儿保医生高危儿技术培训1次,培训达270人次,筛出高危儿6 048人,转诊4 858例,转诊率80.3%;干预4 679人,干预有效率85.00%.结论 高危儿系统管理模式的建立提高了社区儿保医生对高危儿的初筛率和转诊率;提高了社区儿童保健的专业水平;建立了以区级中心为指导单位的多个社区干预网点,进一步加强了对高危儿家长的健康教育. Objective To explore a systematic administration model of high risk infants to diagnose those high risk infants earlier and give them early interventions to eliminate or reduce brain injury at large extent. Methods In 2007, we set up Futian High Risk Infants Intervention Administration Center, established an administration network and flowsheet of high risk infants, trained and guided community doctors skills of high risk infants administration, and diagnosed and intervened those high risk infants as early as possible. Results Since establishment of Futian High Risk Infants Intervention Administration Center, 270 community doctors have been trained, 6 048 high risk infants have been screened out ( of which, 4 858 high risk infants have been transferred to top hospitals to be treated with tranfering rate of 80.3% ) , and 4 679 high risk infants have been intervened and the effective intervention rate was 85.00%. Conclusion The establishment of the high risk infants intervention systematic administration model improves primary screening rate and transfering rate of high risk infants. Training community doctors regularly can raise expertise level of community child health care and enhances the health education of high risk infants' parents. Establishment of several intervention netpoints in community instructed by The Center in district hospital strengthens health education for high risk infants' parents further.
