1323例高危儿的危险因素及后续管理模式的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析高危儿的主要危险因素,探讨各类危险因素的高危儿后续体格发育和神经运动发育的干预方向。方法:选取2011年1月-2012年12月在柳州市第二妇幼保健院新生儿科出院的高危儿1323例,对其存在的危险因素进行分析。结果:主要危险因素有高胆红素血症、早产儿、新生儿窒息、足月低出生体重等。结论:建立有效的高危儿保健随访的管理系统,对高危儿人群进行系统管理及早期干预,有利于降低高危儿各类后遗症的发生率,提高出生人口素质。
