摘要
借助环境库兹涅茨理论,选择了工业固体废物、工业废水和工业废气等污染指标,构建了经济增长和环境污染的合理模型,得出和普通新兴的发展中国家以及发达国家的倒"U"型库兹涅茨曲线吻合,这些污染指标尚位于上升期。并针对实际,提出优化技术和调整产业结构等策略。
By the environmental Kuznets theory, the author select three types of environmental indicators such as industrial solid waste, industrial emissions and industrial wastewater, establish a scientific model about environmental and economic growth , and find out that this is the environment Kuznets curve inverted U-type, the same as emerging that in developing and developed countries. These pollution indicators are rising. At the same, we propose some strategies to optimize technology and adjust the industrial structure, etc.
