摘要 从梁邹矿业集团-200米取矿井水,培养驯化分离出氧化亚铁硫杆菌,其最适生长温度为30℃,最适pH为2.0。通过摇瓶浸出研究浸出液的pH、矿浆浓度以及催化剂对老尾矿浸出的影响。结果表明,浸出液温度为30℃、矿浆浓度为10%时,浸出效果较好;3 g/L活性炭和3 mg/L Ag+组合做催化剂浸出率可达到92%,3 mL吐温和3 mg/L的Ag+组合浸出率达到88%。 The ferrooxidans were cultured and separated from mine water from 200 meters underground of Liangzou Mining Group.It's appropriate growth temperature was 30 ℃ and appropriate growth pH was 2.0.The effect of pH of the leaching,the slurry concentration and catalyst on the leaching were studied using shake flask leaching for old tailings.The results showed that leaching effect is better under the following condition: the slurry concentration is 10%,and pH value is 2.0,the leaching rate could reach 92% and 82% using 3.0 g/L activated carbon plus 3.0 mg/L Ag^+ and 3 mL Tween plus 3 mg/L Ag^+ as combination catalyst,respectively.
