摘要
对氧化亚铁硫杆菌( Tf 菌) 氧化黄铜矿的直接作用、间接作用及两者的耦合作用进行了研究。研究结果表明,Tf 菌的直接作用、Fe3+ 的化学氧化作用和两者的耦合作用的浸铜结果分别为1691 g/L,128 g/L,1456 g/L,说明Tf 菌对黄铜矿的直接氧化作用占主导地位。
The direct or indirect oxidizing action of thiobacillus ferrooxidans (T f) on chalcopyrite and their coupling effect were investigated in this paper. The results show that mass concentration of copper in leach liquor obtained by the direct action of T.f, the chemical action of Fe 3+ and the their coupling effect was 16 91, 1 28 and 14 56 g/L, respectively. This means that the direct oxidizing action of T.f on chalcopyrite dominates.
