摘要
介绍了紫外线辐照诱变原理。对一株优势氧化亚铁硫杆菌TY菌进行了诱变试验 ,研究了诱变TY菌对黄铜矿的浸出效果。结果表明 ,紫外线辐照能够对浸矿细菌TY菌产生明显的变异 ,提高TY菌菌种的活性。诱变TY菌对黄铜矿的浸出率比原始TY菌提高了 46%以上 ,到达浸出终点的时间比原始菌缩短了 5~ 10d 。
The mutating principles of ultraviolet-ray radiation and its mutating operations on one superior bacterium of the thiobacillus ferrooxidans called as bacterium T Y, and the bio-leaching results of low grade chalcopyrite were reported in detail. The results show that the ultraviolet-ray radiation can make bacterium T Y mutate obviously to improve its bio-activity. Compared to the original bacterium T Y, the bio-leaching rate of copper sulfides by the mutated bacterium T Y increase by 46%, the leaching period of chalcopyrite reduces by 5~10 days. It indicates that the mutated bacterium T Y has a better bio-leaching effect on copper sulphides.
