摘要
[目的]探讨经胆总管右侧壁戳孔线导改良T管引流法（简称线导法）的有效性和安全性.[方法]回顾性分析本院2008年3月至2009年12月 采用线导法治疗的158例胆总管结石的临床资料.[结果]全组病人随访3.8（2～5）个月,无手术死亡病例, 术后亦无胆漏、无胆总管十二指肠瘘发生、无T管瘘管破裂、无胆汁性腹膜炎等并发症.[结论]经胆总管右侧壁戳孔线导改良T管引流法安全、有效降低并发症发生率.
[Objective] To investigate the safety and effectiveness of modified thread-guided T-tube drainage punctured from the right side of common bile duct（thread-guided method）. [Methods] The clinical data of 158 cases of common duct stones treated with thread-guided method in our hospital from March 2008 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] All patients were followed up for 3. 8 months （2 - 5 months）. No case died during operation. After operation, no complications such as bile leakage, biliary duodenal fistula, T-tube fistula rupture, bile peritonitis were found in all cases. [Conclusion] The modified threadguided T-tube drainage punctured from right side of common bile duct is safe and effective. It can effectively reduce the incidence of complieations.
