摘要
消化道内瘘多为炎症、溃疡、肿瘤、手术后的严重并发症,在临床上并不多见,且容易误诊。因发生消化道内瘘的位置不同,相应的临床表现及治疗亦不尽相同。本文对常见脏器间的消化道内瘘病因、临床表现、诊断及治疗作一简要综述。
The most of the digestive tract internal fistulas are the severe complication of inflammation, ulcer, tumor and postsurgery, and easily misdiagnosed in clinic. Due to different anatomic site, the clinical manifestations and treatments are also different. In this paper, the aspects of etiology, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment in digestive tract internal fistulas are briefly reviewed.
