摘要
目的:探讨内镜下钬激光碎石处理胆总管下段嵌顿性结石的方法、疗效及技术要点。方法:对2009年1月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的30例胆总管下段嵌顿性结石患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组30例均经钬激光碎石成功将结石取出,恢复顺利,无胆道损伤、出血等严重并发症。结论:钬激光碎石治疗胆总管下段嵌顿性结石是一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective： To explore the methods, efficacy and technical points of common bile duet stones incarcerated by endoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy treatment.Method： Choosing 30 patients with common bile duct stones incarcerated From January 2009 to December 2012 in the author hospital, the clinical datas were retrospectively analyzed.Result： 30 cases were confirmed by holmium laser lithotripsy success will stone removal, recovery was smooth, no bile duet injury, bleeding and other serious complications.Conclusion： Holmium laser lithotripsy treatment of common bile duct stones incarcerated is a safe and effective method.
