摘要 目的:探讨内镜下钬激光碎石处理胆总管下段嵌顿性结石的方法、疗效及技术要点。方法:对2009年1月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的30例胆总管下段嵌顿性结石患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组30例均经钬激光碎石成功将结石取出,恢复顺利,无胆道损伤、出血等严重并发症。结论:钬激光碎石治疗胆总管下段嵌顿性结石是一种安全、有效的方法。 Objective: To explore the methods, efficacy and technical points of common bile duet stones incarcerated by endoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy treatment.Method: Choosing 30 patients with common bile duct stones incarcerated From January 2009 to December 2012 in the author hospital, the clinical datas were retrospectively analyzed.Result: 30 cases were confirmed by holmium laser lithotripsy success will stone removal, recovery was smooth, no bile duet injury, bleeding and other serious complications.Conclusion: Holmium laser lithotripsy treatment of common bile duct stones incarcerated is a safe and effective method.
