摘要
从铜绿聚球藻中提取粗脂,经硅胶柱层析将粗脂分离成石油醚洗脱组分(非极性脂)、苯洗脱组分(弱极性脂)和乙醇洗脱组分(强极性脂),并对粗脂和3种洗脱组分进行了抗甘薯薯瘟病、玉米大斑病、稻瘟病3种植物病原菌的活性试验。结果表明,粗脂对3种微生物都有一定的抗菌活性,其中苯洗脱组分在脂溶性化合物中含量最高(占56.36%)且抗菌活性最强;石油醚洗脱组分含量最少(占15.13%)且无抗菌活性。对3种洗脱组分进行了成分分析,结果表明,石油醚洗脱组分以烷烃类化合物为主,苯洗脱组分主要含有3种酯类化合物,乙醇洗脱组分富含脂肪酸成分。铜绿聚球藻的抗菌活性是其脂溶性化合物中各种化学成分综合作用的结果。
Crude grease extracted from Synechococcus aeruginosu was separated into petroleum ether fraction,benzene fraction and ethanol fraction by gel column using three solvents.The crude grease and the three fractions were tested for antimicrobial activities against three plant pathogen.The results showed that the crude grease inhibited three species of microorganisms.The content of benzene fraction was the highest in the total grease(56.36%) and this fraction has the strongest antimicrobial activities in the three fractions;The content of petroleum ether fraction was the lowest in the total grease(15.13%),but this fraction has no antimicrobial activities.The results of analysis on chemical compositions of three fractions indicated that the petroleumetherfraction was dominated by hydrocarbon;The benzene fractioncon was dominated by threeesters;The ethanol fraction has rich fatty acid.The antimicrobial activities of liposoluble compounds in Synechococcus aeruginosu were the results of the work in coordination with its various chemical compositions.
