摘要
从高校期刊招标采购的特点入手,运用全过程合同管理理念,分析期刊招标采购合同管理各阶段的内容,提出期刊采购不仅要重视前期的合同管理,还应该加强履行阶段的监督和管理。
In recent years, the whole process management becomes a new concept of contract management in the field of construction. By using the concept of whole process of contract management, the article starts with the characteristics of library periodical bidding and then analyzes the contents of contract management of each stage. It finally puts forward that college library should not only pay attention to the contract management of early stage of acquisition, but also attach importance to the supervision and management during the implementation.
