摘要
以贵州九阡李为试材,研究九阡李冷藏保鲜过程中的品质变化。结果表明:冷藏能延缓李果硬度、可溶性糖、有机酸及VC的变化速度,保持李果较好的品质,延长贮藏期。
The change of quality of Jiuqian plum fruit in the process of cold storage was studied. The results showed that the cold storage can put off the change of the hardness,soluble sugar,organic acid and vitamin C in the plum fruit and prolong the time of storage.
