苦瓜原汁超滤及其流变特性

Studies on bitter gourd juice by ultra-filtration technique and its rheological properties

摘要 以膜通量为指标,用国产UF-中空纤维膜组件探讨苦瓜原汁超滤的最佳操作条件。结果表明:苦瓜原汁超滤膜通量最大的优因素水平为膜截留相对分子质量60000,操作温度40℃,操作压力0.06MPa。流变特性研究表明:苦瓜原汁超滤液为牛顿型流体,建立的超滤液粘度值随其温度和浓度变化的回归方程,置信水平达95%。 Taking the ultra-filtration rate as index, UF-middle hollow fiber membrane devic e for ultra-filtration was used to optimized operation conditions of bitter gour d juice. The results showed that the optimized technological parameters were 600 00 of the relative molecular quality of membrane, 40 ℃ of operation temperature , 0.06 MPa of operation pressure and under those conditions the highe st ultra-filtration rate could be obtained. Rheological properties showed that t he bitter gourd juice ultra-filtration liquid was Newtonian fluids. Regression equation of ultra-filtration viscosity value vs temperature and concentratio n were worked out, the confidence level reached 95%.
