摘要
在参阅文献的基础上,采用树型模型-AID法,对云南省5所综合性医院的395307份住院病例进行了病例组合,总结出云南省DRGs病例组合方法,为合理测量医疗产出、指导医院制订合理收费标准、有效控制医疗费用上涨等提供了科学依据。
On the basis of reviewing documents, this paper constructed a case mix classfication scheme DRGs （Diagnosis Relaged Groups） using AID （Automatic Interaciton Detection） method, which is a kind of tree struturat model. The data came from a sample of five comprehensive hospitals, which were a total of 395 307 discharge patients. The results presented scientific bases for measuring medical ortputs. Leading hospital to formulate reasonable rules for medical charges, controlling the increasement expenses effeceively, ect.
