摘要
目的分析当前我国单病种平均住院日现状、影响因素并提出相应对策。方法结合当前我国开展的"提高医疗服务效能、缩短平均住院日"研究项目和查阅大量最新相关住院日文献,了解我国单病种平均住院日现状、研究进展,对主要影响因素进行分析整理。结果针对当前我国单病种平均住院日的现状,应建立病例组合与单病种临床路径相结合的方式达到缩短平均住院日的目的。结论针对不同病种探索结合临床路径建立不同病例组合的方式是未来缩短单病种平均住院日的方法。
Objective To analyze the current situation of average length of hospital stay（ALHS） of patients with single disease in our country,its influencing factors and introduce corresponding measures to improve the administration. Methods A research item on ＂Improve medical-service efficiency,Shorten average length of hospital stay ＂ is currently carried out in our country,with the current research item,a great quantity of literature on ALHS for single disease was reviewed to understand the current situation on ALHS,and its progress in research,and influencing factors were analyzed. Results Aiming at present ALHS for single disease,case combination and clinical pathways of single disease should be created to realize the goal for shortening ALHS. Conclusion To explore an establishment of different case combinations aiming at different diseases combining with clinical pathways is the way to reduce ALHS for single disease in the future.
