摘要
该文应用3个STR基因座在同一反应体系中进行互不干扰的多重PCR,采用高分辨力的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离、银染法显影技术,对云南省哈尼族的F13A01、FESFPS和vWA等3个基因座等位基因的基因频率调查。F13A01基因座,观察到5个等位基因,1个基因型;FESFPS基因座,观察到7个等位基因,15个基因型,vWA基因座,观察到7个等位基因,25个基因型,累计DP值等于095,显示了广阔的应用前景。
The application of short tandem repeats repeats (STR)polymorphisms has stimulated progress in the elaboration of linkage maps, forensic identification and paternity determination,characterization of disease genes ,and simplification and precision of DNA typing.In this report,we have carried out DNA extraction from blood and multiplex amplification of F13A01,FESFPS and vWA.By using denaturing polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis and silver stain we investigated the allele frequencies of F13A01,FESFPS and vWA loci in Han group living in Yunnan prowince of China .In this study,5 alleles and 11 genotypes of F13A01 locus were obsered;In the locus FESFPS,7 alleles and 15 genotypes were obsered.In the vWA lous ,7 alleles and 25 genotypes were observeds.
