摘要 目的探讨Syk基因在结肠癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测40例新鲜冰冻结肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织中Syk基因的表达,研究结肠癌组织中Syk基因的阳性表达情况及其临床意义。结果正常结肠组织中Syk基因的阳性表达率较结肠癌组织中明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织Syk基因的表达与结肠癌的淋巴转移及临床分期相关(P<0.05);结肠癌组织Syk基因表达与病理分级、血清癌胚抗原值、年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。结论 Syk基因的表达缺失与结肠癌的发生、转移及临床分期有关。 Objective To evaluate the expression of Syk gene in colon cancer tissues and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of Syk gene in 40 fresh frozed colon cancer tissues(tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues) were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) technique.Its relationship with clinicopathological manifestations was explored.Results The expressions of Syk gene between the normal colonic tissues and the colon cancer tissues were significantly different(P 0.05).The expression of Syk gene was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis or clinical stage(both P 0.05),but was not significantly correlated with other clinicopathologic factors such as carcinoembryonic antigen,histological grades,age,or sex(all P 0.05).Conclusion The deletion of Syk gene expression is related with the development,metastasis,and clinical stages of colon cancer.
