摘要
概述了课堂管理的涵义与基本功能,通过对文献检索课大班教学中存在的种种问题的分析,探讨了文献检索课有效课堂管理的内容和实施对策,以期促进文献检索课教学改革,提高文献检索课课堂教学效率。
This paper outlines the meanings and basic functions of the classroom managemnet,by analysis of existing problems in large-class teaching,the content and implementation countermeasures of effective classroom management in literature retrieval course are discussed,so as to promote teaching reform of literature retrieval course and raise the efficiency of classroom teaching.
