摘要
本科生"双导制"是目前我国高等教育教学改革中正在探索的一种人才培养模式。以福建农林大学作物科学学院实施的本科生"双导制"为例,通过文献法、访谈法和问卷调查法等调查方法,探讨了建立和实施这一人才培养模式的必要性,介绍了成功实施本科生"双导制"的关键环节和核心内容,并结合当前高校实际情况讨论了进一步优化本科生"双导制"培养模式的策略。
At present,undergraduates′ double-tutor system as an education mode is being explored in Chinese higher education.At first,this paper discusses the necessity of establishing and implementing this education mode.Then,based on the practice of College of Crop Science of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,the author explores the theories about the key procedure and content of successfully implementing the double-tutor system,using the research methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,etc.It also discusses the way of optimization of the undergraduates′ double-tutor system combining the actual situation of Chinese universities.
