摘要
依托于导生来开展大学生心理健康辅导是对已有的导生制职能的拓展,是构建大学生朋辈心理辅导模式的有效途径之一,对于新形势下完善大学生心理危机干预体系具有重要意义。通过对导生朋辈心理辅导的管理机制、选拔机制、培训机制及督导机制的进一步完善,有效提升大学生的心理健康素质,最终实现助人自助共同成长。
Mental health counseling based on the monitor,an expansion of the function in the monitorial system,is one of the effective ways to build the patterns of the peer psychological counseling and conducive to improving the psychological crisis intervention system for college students.We need to further improve the management mechanism,selection mechanism,training mechanism and supervision mechanism of the peer psychological counseling based on the monitor,to improve the mental health quality of college students and to achieve the goal of helping both others and themselves.
