一维掺杂光子晶体的带隙结构及特征的研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于传输矩阵法,数值模研究了光子晶体带隙特征与光子晶体结构参量的关系。研究表明:一维光子晶体的带隙是由光子晶体结构决定的,单个基本周期结构的光子晶体不具有带隙结构,随着周期数的增加,光子带隙结构逐渐形成,禁带中心无导带;当掺杂时,禁带中心位置出现一个极窄的导带,并且导带深度随着杂质层折射率的增大而逐渐变浅,一维光子晶体的这种特性可应用于滤波器件和光学谐振腔的设计。 Based on the transfer matrix method,the realationship of band-gap characters and structure parameters of one-dimensional photonic crystal are researched numerically.It is shown that,photonic band-gap is decided by photonic crystal structure.One basic periodic structure has no band gap in one-dimensional photonic crystal.With the increase of basic periodic number,photonic band-gap structures are gradually formed,there is no conduction band in every centre of forbidden band.When impurity doping in the photonic crystal,a narrow conduction band is appered in the centre of every forbidden band,and with the increase of impurity refractive index,the depth of conduction band becomes shallow gradually.These characters of one-dimensional photonic crystal are applied to designs of filter and optical resonant cavity.
