摘要
为了研究一维镜像对称光子晶体的传输特性,用特征矩阵法计算了其透射谱。由观察透射谱可以发现缺陷模的位置会随着介质的光学厚度和折射率的增加都往长波方向移动,缺陷模的数量会随着缺陷位置与对称轴的距离增加而逐渐由2个减为1个,说明光子晶体的带隙与它的光学厚度的大小和折射率的大小以及缺陷模与对称轴的位置都有密切的关系。
In order to study the characteristics of the band gap of a photonic crystal, we deduce and summarize the transmission spectrum of a one-dimensional photonic crystal with mirror symmetry using characteristic matrix methods. The results show that band gap of a photonic crystal has a close correlation with its optical thickness and refractive index and the distance between the location of the defect mode and the symmetrical axis. The defect mode shows a regular shift to longer wavelength with increasing optical thickness or refractive index of the medium and the number of defect modes changes from two to one when the distance between the location of the defect mode and the symmetrical axis increases.
