摘要
目的:通过对2007级41名规范化培训(规培)学员的调查,了解其临床实践的效果。方法:比较规培前后学员成绩,采用自设问卷调查,对学员培训前后德、能、勤、绩进行比较。结果:培训前和培训后学员操作技能和理论考试成绩比较,培训后高于培训前,P<0.05;规培前后学员德、能、勤、绩比较,培训后学员得分均高于培训前,P<0.01,规培提高了新护士的综合素质。结论:规培为护士队伍培养后备人才提供了较好的方法,有利于年轻护士的成长和发展,推动了护理队伍整体水平的提高。
Objective： To analyze whether standardized nurse training improves clinical practice efficacy Methods： Through survey of 41 trainees of grade 2007.Questionnaires designed by ourselves were applied to compare the morality,ability,attendance and score of trainees before and after training.Results： The survey indicated that：① the scores of operational skills and theory examination after training were higher（P〈0.05）;②the composite scores of morality,ability,attendance and score of trainees after training were higher（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The present survey shows that standardized training helps nurses’ improvement in comprehensive capacity,which promotes improvements of whole nurse level.
