摘要
"乡村治理"是近年来学术界讨论比较热的一个话题,学者们不但从学理的角度分析了乡村治理的应然状态,也通过实地调研提出了当前乡村治理中存在的一些问题。该文通过分析当前既有的研究成果认为,公共物品的供给不足和公共空间的缺失是导致乡村治理中诸问题的重要原因。同时,通过对NGO农村发展项目介入乡村社会的行动逻辑和实践理念的分析,结合YNGO在G村、L村两个项目点的实地考察,认为NGO农村发展项目的介入是解决当前乡村治理中诸问题的一种新的路径,是实现"乡村善治"的一股有效的外源动力。
Rural governance is a relatively hot academic topic in recent years,scholars not only analyzed the state of rural governance from a theoretical point of view,but also put forward some problems existing in the current village governance through field research.After analyzed the current existing research results,this paper found that the inadequate supply of public goods and the absence of public space is an important reason that leading to various problems of rural governance.At the same time,through analysis of the action logic and practice concept of the involvement of NGO＇s rural development projects,combined with the field trips of YNGO＇s two projects in village G and village L,concluded that the involvement of NGO＇s rural development projects is a new path to resolve the current rural governance issues,also an effective foreign power to achieve ＂good governance in rural areas＂.
