摘要
介绍了铸铁烘缸表面硬度对提高纸页干燥质量的意义以及QB/T2556-2008对铸铁烘缸表面硬度的规定。铸铁烘缸铸造过程中,采取调整化学成分、采用电炉树脂砂工艺和焦炭籽造型等技术可以保证硬度。小角度纵波双晶探头和大角度纵波双晶探头检测可以配合铸铁烘缸硬度检测,可以保证烘缸安全。热喷涂技术可以提高铸铁烘缸表面硬度。
The significance of concerning the hardness of the dryer to improve the quality of paper drying and its hardness requirements of dryer by QB/T 2556-2008 were introduced.Hardness can be guaranteed by adjusting chemical composition,using electric furnace resin seeds process and modeling with coke seeds in the process of cast iron dryer.The safety of dryer can be ensured by matching smallangle and large-angle longitudinal double crystal probe testing with casting iron dryer hardness testing.Thermal spraying technology can improve the surface hardness of cast iron dryer.
