介绍了纸机干燥部的重要压力容器——铸铁烘缸的表面局部失效后的一些修复技术和修补材料。诸如焊接、镀层、热喷涂、磷化处理及刷涂高分子修补剂等。这些方法都可以延长使用寿命,降低维修成本,缩短维护时间。
Some repair technologies and suitable materials for local surface failure cast iron dryers, which is an important pressure vessel in paper-making machine, were introduced. The main repair technologies for the surface failure cast iron dryers include welding, plating, thermal spraying, phosphorization and brushing polymer coating materials. All these technologies can prolong service life of the dryer, reduce maintain cost and cut maintain time.
