摘要
目的检测凋亡抑制因子Livin和细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)在外鼻基底细胞癌中的表达,探讨两者在外鼻基底细胞癌发生、发展过程中的作用及其相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测凋亡抑制因子Livin和Cyclin D1在30例外鼻基底细胞癌和18例外鼻正常组织中的表达,并观察两者在外鼻基底细胞癌表达的相关性。结果 Livin和Cyclin Dl在外鼻基底细胞癌组织中阳性表达率53.33%(16/30)和63.33%(19/30),明显高于外鼻正常组织11.11%(2/18)和16.67%(3/18),差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。两者在外鼻基底细胞癌中的表达呈正相关。结论凋亡抑制因子Livin和Cyclin D1均参与外鼻基底细胞癌的发生、发展过程,并且两者之间存在反馈调节机制,在外鼻基底细胞癌的形成中起协同作用。
【Objective】 To detect the apoptosis inhibitor Livin and cyclin D1 in basal cell carcinoma of nasus externus and research their effect and correlation in genesis and growth of basal cell carcinoma of nasus externus.【Methods】 Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the apoptosis inhibitor Livin and the cyclin D1 in 30 cases of basal cell carcinoma of nasus externus and 18 cases of normal tissue in nasus externus and their correlation in the basal cell carcinoma of nasus externus was surveyed.【Results】 The positive expression rates of the apoptosis inhibitor Livin(53.33 %,16/30) and cyclin D(163.33 %,19/30) in the basal cell carcinoma of nasus externus were significantly higher than those in the normal tissue of nasus externus(P 0.05) which were 11.11 %(2/18) and 16.67 %(3/18);and there was a positive correlation between them.【Conclusion】The apoptosis inhibitor Livin and cyclin D1 participate in genesis and growth of the basal cell carcinoma of nasus externus and there is a feedback regulation mechanism in them and they both jointly contribute to the formation of the basal cell carcinoma of nasus externus.
