摘要
综述了近年来理化因子和原生质体融合等遗传育种手段在国内的一些应用，阐明了这些经典的遗传育种方式在各医药生产及研究领域中的重要作用。
Some applications of physical and chemical factors induced mutation and protoplast fusion technology in domestic pharmaceutical industry within recent years are reviewed. These classical genetic breeding methods played an important role in production of medicine.
