摘要
目的:探讨不同剂量及注射时间给予PMSG和hCG对小鼠超排卵效果的影响。方法:将42只F1小鼠分为6组,分别注射PMSG5IU,10IU,15IU;48小时后分别注射hCG5IU,10IU,15IU,然后与公鼠合笼;次日晨检查阴栓,阳性者当日10:30将受精卵冲出,计数受精卵数量。结果:在13:00注射5IUPMSG,48h后注射5IUhCG平均得到29.3个正常可用于显微注射的2细胞卵。结论:在13:00注射5IUPMSG,48h后注射5IUhCG是最佳的注射剂量和时间。
Objective：To study the effect of superovulation of mouse at different administration time and dose of PMSG,hCG.Methods：Divide 42 F1 mice into 6 groups,then respectively inject PMSG 5 IU,10 IU,15 IU 48 hours later,inject hCG 5 IU,10 IU,15 IU respectively,then combine cages;check plugs the next morning,and at 10：30 wash embryos out,count the fertilized eggs and the abnormal cells.Results：Inject PMSG at the 13：00 average 30.4（210/7） embryos permouse on the condition of 5 IU PMSG ＋ 5 IU hCG.Conclusion：The 5 IU PMSG ＋ 5 IU hCG is the best dose inject PMSG at 13：00.
