实验性结肠炎大鼠结肠c-fos原癌基因表达的变化 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨c-fos原癌基因在实验性结肠炎大鼠结肠黏膜的变化。方法采用TNBS(2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸)建立实验性结肠炎大鼠模型,采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测结肠c-fos原癌基因蛋白表达。结果 c-fos阳性表达主要集中在结肠黏膜层,可见胞浆及胞核着色,胞核呈棕黄色至深褐色。模型组c-Fos阳性表达明显高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论结肠黏膜c-fos原癌基因参与了实验性结肠炎的发病机制。 Objective To investigate the change of the proto-oncogene c-fos expression on experimental colitis in rats. Methods Experimental colitis rats models were induced by TNBS ( 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid) ,c-fos proto-oncogene protein in the colonic tissue was assessed by immunohistochemical SABC assay. Results C-fos expression was mainly located in the colon mucosa layer,cytoplasm and mucleus were stained,and nucleus displayed deep brown to brownish yellow. Positive expression of c-fos in model group was significantly higher than that in normal group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 0. 01) . Conclusion Proto-oncogene c-fos might be involved in the pathogenesis of experimental colitis.
