摘要
目的:了解预防医学专业本科低年级学生营养知识、态度和行为状况,及营养宣教对其影响。方法:对预防医学专业一至三年级157名学生,围绕《平衡膳食宝塔》和《中国居民膳食指南》等知识进行为期5个月的营养宣教。宣教前后用自编问卷进行营养知识、态度和行为调查。结果:宣教前营养知识得分三年级明显高于一年级(P<0.05),宣教后二年级和三年级营养知识水平均高于宣教前(P<0.05),而一年级宣教前后营养知识得分差异没有统计学意义。读宣传单和听课堂讲座者明显高于看宣传板报和听校园广播者。宣教后,三年级学生每周5～7次吃鸡蛋的人数较宣教前提高了11.8%(P<0.05)。一年级学生经常喝酒的不良饮食习惯减少了18.7%(P<0.05)。结论:营养宣教可以提高预防医学专业学生营养知识水平,改善膳食行为。
Objective：To study nutritional knowledge,attitudes and behavior of preventive medicine junior undergraduates,and the effect of nutrition education on them.Methods：157 preventive medicine students from grade 1 to grade 3 were educated for five months with the ＂balanced diet pagoda＂ and ＂Chinese Dietary Guidelines＂.Before and after education,a questionnaire was used in the junior about their nutritional knowledge,attitudes and behavior.Results：The nutritional knowledge score of juniors were higher compared to freshmen before education（P0.05）.The score of nutritional knowledge of Sophomores and juniors were higher after education compared to before education（P0.05）.There was no significance of the nutritional knowledge score of freshmen between before education and after education.The numbers of students that read leaflets and listened to the lectures higher than that read propaganda board and listened to campus radio.Compared with education before,the number of third year students＇ eating eggs had an increase of 11.8 percent（P0.05）.The numbers of first year students＇ unhealthy habit of drinking had a decrease of 18.7 percent（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nutrition education had improved preventive medicine students＇ nutritional knowledge and healthy behavior.
