摘要
本试验以玉米-豆粕型日粮为基础研究了磷酸氢钙中氟对其磷相对生物学利用率的影响。试验选择新生伊萨褐蛋用仔公鸡400只,采用斜率比法,以含氟量为20.6mg/kg的饲料级磷酸氢钙为参照物测定含氟量(mg/kg)分别为7690.45、15360.30、23030.15、30700.00的磷酸氢钙的相对生物学利用率。结果表明,磷酸氢钙的相对生物学利用率与其含氟量、氟磷比之间具负相关关系;当日粮氟水平由12mg/kg上升到800mg/kg时,试鸡胫骨氟含量、趾骨氟含量、肾脏氟含量同日粮氟水平间具直线相关关系。
Result Showed that there were negative correlation between RBV and
fluoride content or fluoride/phosphorus ratio of dicalcium phosphates.The correlation coefficients(r)
were-0.9731 and -0.9683(p=0.0053 and 0.0068),or -0.7922 and -0.7923(p=0.1101 and
0.1101),respectively.And correlation of fluoride content of tibia ash(Y\-1),kidney(Y\-2) to the levels
of fluoride in test diets(X) were:Y\-1=1242.23+19.89X,Y\-2=0.24+3.0410\+\{-4\}X,correlation
coefficients(r) were 0.9959,0.7506,respectively.
