摘要
为探讨氟导致贫血产生的可能性机理,选用36只1日龄罗曼褐蛋鸡,随机分为6组,每组6只,饲喂相同的全价日粮。第Ⅰ组:正常对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组饮水分别添加氟化钠1.75、0.875、0.438、0.219、0.109g/L,试验期90d。采集血样,进行红细胞计数和血红蛋白测定。结果表明,实验组红细胞和血红蛋白含量均低于对照组(P<0.01),呈明显的剂量-效应关系,说明,氟化物可直接或间接损伤红细胞和血红蛋白,引起贫血。
In attempt to investigate possible mechanism anemia induced fluoride,36one-day chickens were randomly divided into6groups,6for each.Group I was the control,and the other four groups,group II,III,IV,V,VI were fed the water containing1.75?0.875?0.438?0.219?0.l09g /L of sodium fluoride,respectively,for90days.Blood was gathered,RBC counted and Hb wdetermined.The results showed as followed:Compared with the control group,the content of RBC and Hb in all fluorosed groups were decreased(P<0.01),moreover,showed a significant dose -effect correlation.In conclusion,fluoride may be injured RBC and Hb directly or in directly,brought on anemia.
