摘要
为探讨羟脯氨酸 (HYP)在鸡慢性氟中毒早期诊断中的意义 ,以期筛选出诊断慢性氟中毒的敏感可靠指标 ,选用 2 5 0只 1日龄蛋鸡 ,随机分为 5组 ,每组 5 0只 ,饲喂相同的全价日粮。第 组为正常对照组 , 、 、 、 组在日粮中添加不同水平的氟化钠 ,使日粮中氟的含量分别为 5 0 0、10 0 0、15 0 0、2 0 0 0mg/kg,实验期为 15 0 d。每隔 30 d采集血样 ,测定血清中氟、HYP的含量 ,观察试验鸡的临床表现。结果表明 ,成功地复制出了不同程度的鸡慢性氟中毒模型 ;饲料中加氟量与血清中氟含量间以及血清中氟与HYP含量间均呈明显的剂量—效应关系 ;氟中毒组鸡血清中 HYP含量在实验初期均低于对照组 ,且与相应的血清中氟含量呈显著的负相关 (r=0 .90 16 ,P<0 .0 1) ,而在实验的中后期 ,血清中 HYP含量则均高于对照组 ,且与相应的血清中氟含量呈显著的负相关 (r=0 .6 82 8,P<0 .0 1) ;由此可见 ,氟中毒可明显影响机体内 HYP的代谢。血清中 HYP含量的变化对氟中毒的反应很敏感。可将血清中 HYP含量的异常变化作为鸡慢性氟中毒早期诊断可靠的重要参考指标之一。
In attempt to establish a blood based biochemical index for diagnosis of chick fluorosis,hydroproline(HYP)was studied to investigate its improtance in early diagnosis of chick fluorosis.250 one day chicks were randomly divided into 5 groups,50 for each.Group Ⅰ was the control,and other four groups,group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ were fed the diets containing 500,1 000,1 500, 2 000 mg/kg of fluorine as sodium fluoride,respectively,for 150 days.The serum fluorine and HYP levels were determined at every other 30 days,and the clinical manifestations of fluorosed chicks were observed everyday.The results showed as follows:The animal patterns of chick fluorosis were successfully established;Serum F concentration presented a dose effect regular rule;During the first two months in the experiment,the concentration of serum HYP in all fluorosed groups was lower than that in the control group,and there was a significantly negative correlation between serum F level and HYP level (r= 0.9016,P<0.01),Whereas during the last three months,it was higher and positive (r=0.6828,P<0.01);It can be inferred that Ingesting excessive fluoride obviously affected the metabolism of HYP.The state of fluorosis can be sensitively reflected by the changes in the levels of serum HYP.It appears that the abnormal variatin of serum HYP levels can be employed as a more sensitive,and more reliable index for early diagnosing chick fluorosis.
