摘要
在2100型柴油机上开发了一种四角形缩口ω燃烧室燃烧系统,利用这种燃烧室的特殊结构可产生较强的挤流和涡流,加快了缸内混合气的形成和燃烧速度。通过延迟喷油定时,减少了预混合燃烧量,降低了NOx排放和最大爆发压力。利用缸内产生的挤流和涡流加快了扩散燃烧过程,使油耗率降低,烟度有了较大的改善。
A quadrangular contract throat type combustion chamber system is developed on a 2100 model DI diesel engine. By the special structure of the combustion chamber, the turbulence rate is greatly increased during the intake process in the combustion chamber, especially on the wall and in the bottom of the chamber where the quality of fuel and air mixture is poor. The strong squish flow and vortexes produced by the special structure of the combustion chamber improve the fuel and air mixture and combustion speed. The experimental results show that under the condition of unchanging the intake system the engine with new structure of combustion chamber is of good performance. By delaying the injection timing the premixed combustion is reduced which is favorable to lowering the NOx emission and the maximum combustion pressure. At the same time the strong turbulence and swirl in the chamber speed up the combustion process which leads to a efficient fuel consumption and improves its smoke.
