降低CA6110ZLA3车用柴油机排放的试验研究

摘要 对CA6110ZLA3车用柴油机进行了排放试验研究,试验结果表明:通过提高喷射压力,加快喷油速率,改善喷雾质量,延迟喷油定时及优化匹配增压器等技术措施,可有效地降低柴油机的有害排放,满足欧Ⅱ排放指标。 This paper has carried out an experimental research on emissions of CA6110ZLA3 vehicle diesel engine.Theexperimental results show that taking the measures of increasing injection pressure,improving fuel atomization quality,delaying injection timing and optimizing turbocharger in CA6110ZLA3 vehicle diesel engine,the harmful emission ofdiesel can be decreased effectively.In these experiments the emision meets the request of Europe Ⅱ standard.
