摘要
根据Ladenburg方法,以邻苯二胺类化合物、脂肪酸为原料,合成2烷基取代苯并咪唑,通过选择反应物配比等,获得了一条较满意的合成路线。通过熔点测定、红外光谱、质谱等方法,对产物进行了结构认证。
Several 2 alkyl substituted benzimidazoles were synthesized through the reaction between o phenylenediamine and carboxylic acid, according to Ladenburg's method. Their formulae and structures were characterized by melting point determination, MS and IR analysis etc. Based on the investigation of effects of reaction conditions, a facile method for preparation of 2 alkyl substituted benzimidazoles was proposed.
