摘要
研究了光诱导自由基链式亲核取代(SRN1)反应生成的N-(α-萘基)苯并咪唑、N-(β-萘基)苯并咪唑和N-(α-吡啶基)苯并咪唑的薄层光密度定量方法,并成功地应用于其反应机理的研究。该法简便、快速、准确。线性范围0~30μg,平均回收率998%~1005%,相对标准偏差<47%。
A thin layer chromatographic(TLC)densitometric method for the determination of N (α naphthyl)benzimidazole,N (β naphthyl)benzimidazole and N (α pyridyl)benzimidazole is described The method has been successfully applied to the study of photo induced S RN 1 reaction mechanism and products The reaction products were separated on a silica gel plate with a mixed solvent of cyclohexane and ethyl acetate (1+1),and scanned by a TLC scanner with a reflection mode The method is simple,rapid and accurate,with a linear range 0~3 0 μg for all three substituted benzimidazoles The relative standard deviations are< 4 7%,while the recoveries are 99 8%~100 5%
