摘要
采用Munz培养基,由河底淤泥等土样中分离以甲烷为唯一碳源的细菌。对其中一株杆菌经透射电镜观察及生理学鉴定,认为该菌为甲基单胞菌属(Methylomonas)甲烷氧化杆菌。该菌能将乙烯氧化产生环氧乙烷,能在质量分数为01%苯酚、对苯二酚和体积分数为01%苯的培养液中增殖并发生降解或氧化反应。该菌粗蛋白质量分数为225%以上。
A strain of methanotraphic bacterium, isolated from soil samples at our lab, was physiologically and morphologically characterized by growing on the different medium and observated uinder SEM. Moreover, it had been shown to oxidize ethylene to the corresponding epoxide and could be of growth normally on Munz medium containing 0.1% phenols or 0.1% benzene. About 20% of these chemicals had been bioreduced during the first week. These results would be further confirmed in a large scall test in our next experiments.
