摘要
通过对在含吸附瓦斯煤样中加入微生物降解瓦斯的试验,研究了微生物降解煤矿瓦斯的降解规律和甲烷氧化菌在煤样中的生长规律,在煤样中加入甲烷氧化菌M3011,GYJ3的混合菌种后,对CH4和CO2浓度变化进行监测.结果表明:试验煤样中瓦斯的平均降解率为44%,最大达52%,且试验煤样中CO2浓度的上升进一步证实了煤样中的瓦斯浓度降低正是甲烷氧化菌的氧化作用所引起的.
Based on the test of adding microorganism into coal sample desorbing gas which result in coal gas degradation, regularity of coal gas degradation by microorganism and methanotroph growth in coal sample were studied. After the mixed bacteria composed of methanotroph M3011 and GYJ3 was added in the coal samples, the concentration of CH4 and CO2 was monitored constantly, the results show that the coal gas average degradation rate is 44%, max degradation rate is 52%, and the concentration of CO2 is increased in the coal samples added methanotroph, which reveal the life activity of methanotroph and prov CH4 degradation by methanotroph.
