摘要
研究了不含稀土与含不同量稀土的20钢经过气体渗碳后的渗层厚度及试件从表层向内部的硬度变化。发现在相同的渗碳条件下,含稀土的20钢比不含稀土的20钢渗碳层厚度显著增加,并且随稀土含量由0-0.032%而不断增加。稀土含量再增加催渗效果不再增加。
The carburizing process of steel 20 with and without RE addition was investigated. Theresults show that RE in steel can accelerate carburizing process at 850 and 910℃. The optimum RE content in steel is about 0.032%. The mechanism of enhancing effect of RE on carburizing process was discussed.
