摘要
采用沉淀剂H处理木聚糖酶及纤维素酶以除去大部分β木糖苷酶,以及酶解制备木低聚糖的研究结果。研究表明,当酶液中沉淀剂H的饱和度为50%时,处理效果最佳。通过对一种木聚糖酶、两种纤维素酶经该沉淀剂处理效果的比较,发现木聚糖酶处理后的效果最好,酶解后木糖得率<1%,而木低聚糖得率几乎不变。因此,采用该项技术可以大幅度增加总糖中木低聚糖所占比例。
Xylooligosaccharides production from xylan by hydrolysis of selectively purified xylanase or cellulase synthesized by Trichoderma reesei Rut C30 was reported. Addition of precipitant H was effective to remove xylosidase from xylanase or cellulase system. Through comparison with one type of xylanase and two types of cellulase, it was found that precipitant H treatment was more suitable for xylanase. The results showed that the yield of xylose, in the products of hydrolysis by xylanase treatment was kept at a rather low level(<1 %) and the oligosaccharide yield was stable. The saturation degree of precipitant H at 30 %60 % were suitable to remove xylosidase, while 50 % was the optimum. It was concluded that the effective conversion of xylan was enhanced and the ratio of oligosaccharides to xylose was markedly increased with this method, and this technique would provide a new way for oligosaccharide production.
