摘要
阐述了国外数控机床的几何误差、热误差建模及补偿历史,对精度高的建模和补偿方法进行了分析,指出了其优缺点,对设计新的建模和补偿方法具有重要的指导意义。
This paper expounds the history of the modeling and compensating for geometric error and thermal error of CNC machine in foreign countries,analyzed some modeling and compensating methods with higher precision,and points out their advantages and disadvantages,which possess important instructive significance for designing new modeling and compensating method.
