摘要
机床导轨直线度误差是工艺系统几何误差的重要组成部分,其数值的大小直接关系到加工件的机械加工精度。对机床导轨直线度误差及其测量过程和评定过程进行了详细地阐述,应用Matlab6.5编制了直线度误差程序,结合CA6140对程序进行了验证,证实了该程序的有效性。
The straightness error for machine tool slide guide is important constituent of geometrical error for process system, and it＇ s numerical value relate direct to machine working accuracy of machined work. The straightness error for machine tool slide guide and it＇ s measurement procedure and evaluation procedure are ex- pounded in detail, the program for straightness error is established by Matlab6.5, the program is proved in the CA6140, and the validity of program is also verified.
